Ordering

All orders include your customized wording, FREE Setup, FREE Assembly (if applicable) and complimentary email or faxed proof.

Social Butterfly Paperia offers three easy ways to place your order:

1. Online
Online is the quickest and easiest way to place an order.  Just click on the card of your choice and you will be led through the online process.  You will need a Visa or MasterCard to place your order online.  For your protection, Social Butterfly Paperia uses a secure server for all online orders.

2. By Mail
If you want to pay by cash or check, or if you simply prefer mailing in your order, click here to go to our printable order form.  Mail your completed order form along with payment to:

All cards come with a white envelope unless specified. Your custom text
Will be printed in the typestyle and ink colors you have chosen.

Processing Time:

Most orders are designed, printed and shipped in 5 to 6 business days. Shipping transit times varies depending on your shipping choice – UPS, FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail.


 

Pre-Order Instructions Page

For pre-ordering, it is recommended that you print out this instruction page and have it in front of you while you are ordering online.

1.  Click on the announcement you wish to order and you will be lead through the online ordering process.  If you are not sure about the gender of your unborn baby, choose either a boy or girl announcement and proceed with the order.

2.  Fill out all ordering information. With the exception of the birth statistics (date, time, weight and length & possibly name) enter all text you would like on your card in the "Card Should Read" box.

3.  If you are not sure whether your baby will be a boy or a girl, type "unsure if boy or girl" in the "Special Instructions” or “Comments About Your Order" box.  Type the design name and number of the alternate announcement in the "Special Instructions” or “Comments About Your Order" box as well.  For example, you may place your order with the Blue Bassinet announcement # 1233 for a boy, but type in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" box (unsure if boy or girl - use Pink Bows #12345 as an alternate announcement for a girl).

4.  In the box titled "Special Instructions” or “Comments About Your Order" make a note that you are PRE ORDERING.  If you would like to get your envelopes early, make a note of this here as well.

5.  When your baby arrives, simply contact us (email or phone) with the baby's name and birth information (date, time, weight, length, name, etc) as soon as possible.

6.  You will become our TOP PRIORITY and we will begin processing your order immediately.

7.  Your credit card will be charged for your complete order – this will include the shipping costs for Early Envelopes (usually $7- $10.00 depending on the quantity).

8.  Before your announcements have been printed, you may cancel your order for any reason.  There will be a 20% cancellation fee as well as a 25¢ per envelope charge if you received your envelopes in advance.  Shipping charges for items that have already shipped are not refundable.

 


 

Pre Ordering your Birth Announcements

Pre-Ordering Birth Announcement Services
Social Butterfly offers expectant parents the ability to order their birth announcements a head of time and receive the envelopes in advance to get a head start on addressing.  There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for this service – just the shipping.  Once your baby arrives, phone or e-mail us with the birth information (baby's name, date, time, weight, length, etc.).  Once we have received this information, your order will become our TOP PRIORITY and we will begin processing your order immediately.

Don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl? No problem! Simply choose a card for each - you will only be charged for the invitations you use. If you decide to use our pre-ordering services, keep in mind to choose styles that are the same size so your envelopes will work for either card.  Please read the pre-ordering instruction page above.

 


 

Custom Photo Cards

Social Butterfly Paperia’s Custom Photo Announcements are the perfect choice for the newest addition to your family. Your imagination is our inspiration for creating your favorite baby birth announcement.

Custom Photo Details
Digital Photo Submission Instructions: After submitting your order - email your digital file to Orders@SocialButterflyInvitations.net – be sure to add your customer name and order number in the subject line.
Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request in your email. Your designer will call you to go over the look you would like as well as the shape, fading, etc.

Please Note:
JPEG is the only acceptable file formats with a minimum 300 DPI. The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the digital image. Our designer may crop your image in order to make it fit properly. Please do not size the image before sending – you may zip the file for ease of sending.

Photo Design fee
Due to the unique nature of each custom photo card order, designs fee vary. Your designer will cover these costs with you ($35.00 – $45.00)
